About Claire

Claire has been a Realtor since 1994 and a Broker for the last 20 years. She draws upon her marketing and sales experience from having worked previously in Silicon Valley as a Marketing Manager.

She helped found Mission San Jose Realty & Development with her mother and business partner Jean on the philosophy that Fremont needs more executive type housing and Realtor's who specialize in custom homes. Claire honed her skills in real estate with the guidance and expertise of Jean when they started their business together and credits Jean with all her success today.

Over the next 10 years they changed the face of the luxury home market in Mission San Jose, Fremont. They developed 7 semi-custom and custom home neighborhoods in Mission San Jose: Linda Vista Heights, Montclaire Estates I & II, Monte Vista Meadows, Monte Vista Heights, Hunter Place and Hunter Highlands. These exclusive neighborhoods are still coveted by many home buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area.

Claire relocated to the Tri-Valley area 15 years ago and has successfully expanded her business to serve Pleasanton, Livermore, Danville, Dublin, and San Ramon. With many long term clients and new families moving to this area, her market knowledge has proven invaluable to her clients.
