We called Claire on Sunday to buy a house in Danville we saw online and by Tuesday we owned the home and there were 18 bids.

Quite the negotiator! Now, we had to sell our home in Fremont. She came in and worked with all the subcontractors to put the house in pristine condition and even paid for the staging. She placed it on the market and had an immediate offer of $350,000 over asking. Needless to say we are very happy. We bought a house sold a home and money back in our pocket. Great job!

I am moving for the first time in 50 years, it is a big deal and I knew nothing of what to expect. I spoke to Claire and told her exactly what I envisioned my new home would look like, thinking this will never happen. Within 2 weeks Claire had found the exact vision I had, amazing. "We have known Claire Meager for more than 30+ years. Her mother Jean Louie had been our realtor for many years. When we decided to sell our Fremont home, we only considered Claire to be our realtor. From the very beginning of our home sale, Claire was always there with current knowledge of the real estate market in our area, having just sold a home a few blocks away. She provided a clear step by step plan for us from beginning to end with a calendar of items we needed to do and items she would do. From the month of January meeting with us, working with us through the many contractors who came through to do pest and roof inspections, repair work, interior and exterior painters, we worked out our schedules to meet our deadlines. After we moved out of the house in April, Claire brought in a very professional stager who transformed our lovely home to an even lovelier home. Claire planned a beautiful “Wine & Cheese” Open House for friends and neighbors before opening the house to the public the following weekend. By Monday, we had two solid offers and by Wednesday, we had a signed contract for our home. The closing of our home went smoothly and we were both very pleased with Claire’s handling of our home sale from beginning to end."

Her approach is extremely meticulous, data driven and she pays close attention to every detail related to staging, timing of the sale, pricing based on recent comps. She followed a detailed calendar, that helped us knowing what to expect during every stage, and complimented an extremely busy open house with private showings keeping our conveniences and busy schedule in mind. She's definitely gone out of her way to help with organizing our closets, garages, helping with garage sales, etc and coordinating pre sale repairs etc. while keeping our overall costs to a minimum.
